My stay at the hotel was quite a mixed bag. While the proximity to the Terme 3000 complex was fantastic, the service left a lot to be desired. The rooms were decent but could use some maintenance. I enjoyed the food, but the lack of healthy choices for dinner was disappointing.

Terme 3000 has potential with great facilities, but the cleanliness and staff attitude leave much to be desired. The food is plentiful and varied, but expect long waits and some misunderstandings with the service. The thermal pools are enjoyable, but the environment could be more welcoming.
